Jack Bowen of McCallie TN won the boys Race of Champions title at the Nike XC Town Twilight on Saturday night in Terre Haute, Indiana, running 14 minutes, 41.7 seconds for the 5-kilometer race at the Laverne Gibson Championship Cross Country Course.
